Shipping

We will post your reading glasses free of charge and in a well-protected envelope. The shipment will be delivered to you on weekdays by Swiss Post in exchange for your signature and is insured during transport. Abroad we send our glasses by courier. Your reading glasses are insured during the entire transportation process. Should something happen and the glasses arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.

Returns

Returns to us should be packed in the original bubble envelope. Please contact us before returning the glasses to us. In order to take advantage of the 14-day right of return, the glasses must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging to us no later than 14 days after delivery.
